Alright, I don't know why I thought I would ever be able to keep a blog updated. Clearly, I can't and I allow months to go by before the next post. Oh well.
So, the last post was the pregnancy announcement where we hadn't found out the gender yet. I'm sure it's clearly known to everyone now that there's a little boy who'll be joining the family in a month (probably less).
We had a dr appointment this morning and I'm a whole whopping 1cm dialated which means.... We probably still have atleast 2 weeks before we get to meet this little guy. I'm not going to lie. Pregnancy is nothing like I thought it'd be. I've experienced the opposite of pretty much everything I expected. :) Gratefully, I only have 1 more month or less and then I begin the next biggest adventure in life- Motherhood.
We've been keeping the pregnancy a secret from my younger brother Josh who has been on a mission in Ukraine but my other younger brother Spencer who is also now on a mission accidentally started spilling the beans in a letter that was forwarded to Josh. So, Josh knows about the baby, but doesn't know that it's a boy or that he'll get to meet him in such a short time.
And speaking of Josh, he gets home tonight! He and my parents fly in tonight around midnight so we're going to the airport to meet them. I'm so excited that Josh is coming home! He and I grew a lot closer the last year or so before he left on his mission. He was by best friend while Tim was gone and I've missed him every day for the past 2 years. I can't believe 2 years have gone by since Tim and I were married and Josh left on his mission.
2 years of being married to Tim has been great! We have come a long way from where we started 8 years ago. Time has gone by way too fast...

Over Due Update
Well, I now have no excuse for not keeping up with the blog. We finally have the internet (without plugging Tim's phone into the computer- WOOHOO)!
Anyway, in case the news hasn't spread to you, WE'RE PREGNANT! We're about 19 weeks along and will find out whether we'll be seeing Pink or Blue on Tuesday. I've got to say, I'm a little nervous about finding out-not that I'll be disappointed in one or the other, but because there's been one gender on my mind for a long time. On the other hand, I'm tired of not being able to say "he" or "she" without the possibility of being wrong. I don't like saying "IT" because that just seems strange.
I really can't wait until Tuesday though. :) Then we can actually start buying and preparing.
On to other news, we are no longer living in Ogden. Mid December, we moved to Spanish Fork and we are absolutely loving it down here. It's amazing how different the atmosphere is from Ogden. We are living in a 2 bedroom house without anyone living above or to the side of us (as is, we're not sharing a wall with anyone). We work a few nights a week for a mortuary that's right next door and in return, we live in the house rent free and even get paid a little bit each months to help cover costs for the utilities. Its a strange, but absolutely wonderful situation.
Tim's also going to UVU now and I think for the most part, he's liking it. He's also started selling some of his wood cut-outs in a craft store here is Spanish Fork.
Well, I think that about sums up our lives at this point. Now that we have the internet, I'll hopefully start updating more but......who knows?? :)
